That’s why we offer our Love It or It’s Free - 60-Day Guarantee.
If you’ve opened and worn your first pair and decide they’re not for you, we’ll refund that pair or send you a replacement - no stress.
Wear them, test them, live in them. If you’re not completely satisfied within 60 days, you can return your first pair for a full refund.

Once we receive your OzSox, our Returns Team will organise your refund, exchange, or store credit.

This guarantee applies to one (1) pair only per customer. If multiple pairs are purchased, only one pair is eligible for a refund.

This guarantee applies only to socks purchased directly from the OzSox website or authorised retailers.

The guarantee does not apply to promotional items, giveaways, or discounted/sale items.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

If your selected design is unavailable for an exchange, we’ll offer an alternative design or a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get the design you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for your chosen design.
